BESPOKE ORDER OF SERVICES
It's our goal to help you create a booklet that reflects the life, personality, and memory of your loved one with the care and creativity that they deserve. We offer a step-by-step process to ensure the final product is a beautifully unique, fitting and meaningful tribute to your person.
CONSULTATION
STEP 1: CALL/FILL IN ENQUIRY FORM
We start with a compassionate, personal consultation to discuss your needs and preferences. Whether you have a clear vision in mind or are unsure where to begin, we will guide you through the options available. We’ll take the time to understand your loved one’s life story, values, and the tone you’d like to set for the service.
INSPIRATION
STEP 2: THE BRAIN-DUMP
To help bring your ideas to life, we gather inspiration based on your loved one’s personality, interests, and passions. Including everything from colours and places, to photographs and themes, we’ll explore meaningful elements that can be included to create a truly unique design.
MOOD BOARD
STEP 3: WE CREATE A VISUAL COLLAGE
Once we’ve identified key inspirations, we’ll create a mood board that brings together design concepts, layouts, colour schemes, and typography ideas. This visual overview gives you a clear sense of how the Order of Service will look and feel. We'll then email this over to you for your feedback - this is a great check-in point to make sure the direction we're taking the design in is the aesthetic you had in mind for your loved one's service.
DESIGNING
STEP 4: WE BEGIN CREATING THE BOOKLET
With the mood board as our foundation, we then carefully design the Order of Service. Every detail is thoughtfully considered, from the layout of the content to the choice of imagery and fonts, ensuring the final design is both elegant, personal, whilst matching the vibe of your service; for an Order of Service that could only be for your loved one.
THE FINAL PRODUCT
STEP 5: WE SEND YOU A DIGITAL COPY
After reviewing the draft together, we’ll make any adjustments to ensure you’re completely happy with the design. Once approved, the final design is emailed to you for printing at home or printing professionally (whichever option you have chosen). We also include instructions for how to print your booklet on a home printer and advice on having your design printed professionally.

Our Bespoke Order of Service Booklets are available in multiples of 4 pages (4, 8, 12 and beyond), ensuring there's plenty of space for everything you need - from hymns and readings to cherished photos and tributes.
